• An appointment can be made in the hospital, through phone, or online.
• Our specialist will select and arrange a suitable screening package according to your needs, and confirm a screening date.

• All related information regarding the screening as well as important precautions will be delivered to your home in a delivery package within a week before your appointment. 
• Our specialist will contact you by phone before the appointment and remind you of related precautions, check-in time, and location.

• Please check in according to your appointment time.
• Our staff will verify your identity(NHI card, ID card, or passport) and screening package, and collect your consent form and specimen collection box.

• Our nurses will explain the day’s screening procedure.
• Assist you in confirming the contents of the screening.
• Introduce facilities and explain services.

• Our nurses will show you the locker room and instruct you on how to set up your locker combination.
• We will provide a comfortable set of clothes and slippers for the course of the examination.
• Please remember the combination code which you set for your locker.

• Our nurse will accompany you on the day to monitor the time of each examination and assist you with any requests.

• Professional nutritionists design exquisite breakfast and lunch (meat/vegetarian) meals for the enjoyment of our customers.

※ Some ingredients will be adjusted according to the season.

• Our professional physicians will deliver a brief interpretation of the health screening results, as well as assist in transferring the client to the appropriate outpatient clinic according to their medical needs, if necessary.
