High-Definition Dual Source CT Scanner
The Health Management Center has also imported Siemens’ high-definition Dual Source CT scanner, notable for its high speed, low radiation, high resolution, and high success rate. The Japanese-made Nemoto dual-track injector system is coupled with this scanner, used to precisely adjust the dose and flow rate of contrast media, providing clients with safe, precise, reliable, and high-quality cardiac imaging examinations. The latest AI tumor detection software is incorporated to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of lung cancer image interpretation.
3T Whole Body MRI scanner
To provide high-quality imagery results, the Health Center imported the 3T MRI scanner, the latest top model from Siemens, Germany to cater to our customers. This MRI scanner has distinctive features of rapid, high-quality imaging, zero radiation, high signal strength, and high resolution. This scanner can complete a whole-body MRI scan including the brain, head and neck, breast, chest, abdomen, pelvic cavity, cervical spine, thoracic spine, and lumbar spine in 90 minutes.
Digital X-Ray Machine
The center uses Siemens’ digital X-ray imaging equipment. Digital image processing and transmission reduces radiation dose and provides higher-quality imaging.
Dual energy x-ray absorptiometry bone densitometer
The center uses the DXA whole-body dual-energy X-ray absorptiometer (HOLOGIC Discovery W), which is recognized by the International Society for Clinical Bone Density Testing (ISCD) as a standard instrument for measuring bone density. Accurate measurement and risk assessment of the lumbar spine and hip joint bone density can be completed within 3 minutes. This assessment aims to reduce the chance of complications caused by osteoporosis.
Ultrasound
The center provides ultrasound examinations for the breast, thyroid, prostate, abdomen, carotid artery, gynecology, and heart.
The ultrasound examination utilizes ultra-high-frequency sound waves to pass through the human body. It does not emit any form of radiation, making it a safe and non-invasive examination.
